Export from the old CRM, Gmail contacts or Excel as CSV. Columns it understands: first name, last name, name, email, phone, tags, notes. Existing contacts are matched by email or phone and updated, never duplicated.

Be honest here. If you mark people as consented when they're not, the app will message them and the liability is his.
